Frances "Jean" Randall of 3843 Main Street passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010 at home following a long illness surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Randall was born on October 25, 1947 in Youngsville, PA and was the daughter of Virgil and June Bailey. On August 12, 1972 at David Adam's Chapel in Norfolk, VA, she married James M. Randall of Hinsdale, who survives.
Mrs. Randall was a 1965 graduate of Youngsville High School. She and her husband moved to Hinsdale in 1987. She worked for 13 years for Maple Haven Farm as well as Angee's Restaurant, Kent's Auction Barn, Crosby's Mini Mart and Gates Creek in Franklinville. Mrs. Randall was a life member of the Hinsdale and Ischua Fire Departments as well as the Hinsdale American Legion Auxiliary. Mrs. Randall's hobbies included crafts, making photo album books, sewing, knitting and crocheting. She was a very caring & loving mother & wife who will be greatly missed.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Randall is survived by her mother, Shirley Cochinella of Seattle, WA; three daughters, Tammy Lynn Russell of Panama City, FL, Katherine J. (Kevin) Nunn of Allentown, NY, and Christine M. Randall of Franklinville; a son, Walter C. Randall of Hinsdale; two sisters, Ida Bailey of Ohio, and Verna Gibson of Texas; two brothers, John T. (Jane) Bailey of Bolivar, NY, and Donald Bailey of Seattle, WA; six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Mrs. Randall was predeceased by her father Virgil Bailey I; a daughter, Amy Sue Randall; and a brother Virgil Bailey II.
Friends will be received on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street from 9:00 - 11:00 AM at the at which time funeral and committal services will be held. The Rev. Robert G. Beard, Pastor of Hinsdale Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Hinsdale Cemetery, Hinsdale, NY.
