Stephen C. Burt

Stephen C. Burt formerly of Cuba passed away Saturday, May 8, 2010 in the Seven Rivers Regional Hospital in Crystal River, Fl. following an illness. Mr. Burt was born on May 6, 1954 in Cuba and was a son of Nelson "Cap" and Shirley Hitchcock, Burt. He moved to Florida in the early 1990's where he was a truck driver until his retirement due to illness. He enjoyed his pet pit-bull dog and NASCAR. Surviving Mr. Burt are his mother, Shirley M. Burt of Dunnellon Fl.; a son, Jayson Nelson (Jen) Burt of Olean; a stepson, TJ Lewis of Edinboro Pa.; a stepdaughter, Karrie Lewis of Edinboro, Pa.; three grandchildren; four step grandchildren; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Burt was pre-deceased by his father Nelson "Cap" Burt in 2006. Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #24 Genesee Pkwy, Cuba.
