Patricia A. Logue, 67 of 117 West Green Street, passed away Monday January 21, 2013 at the Olean General Hospital following an illness surrounded by her loving family. Patricia was born Aug. 21, 1945 in Jamestown and was a daughter of Ray and Marion L. Olson Bessie. She was married to Gerald W. Logue who predeceased her April 28, 2001. Patricia was a graduate Jamestown High School. She formerly worked in nursing at WCA Jamestown and at Willcare. Patricia volunteered at both the St. Joseph's Mahrajan Festival and the St. Mary's Festival. She was a member of the Quilting Club and was known as very special, loving, caring, and religious person, who would say her prayers daily. She enjoyed singing, loved cats & animals and helping the poor. Patricia is survived by two sons, Joseph M. Logue, and Gerald W. Logue both of Olean; two daughters, Anne M. (Paul) Horton of Olean, and Terrida (Tony) Monroe of Virginia; six grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Kline and Beverly Unger; and adopted grand daughter and close friend, Linda Haentges of Olean. Along with her loving husband, Patricia was predeceased by one sister, Sandy Bessie; and two brothers, Raymond & Howard Bessie. Friends will be received, Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013 at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State St., Olean, NY from 1 pm to 3 pm. A Funeral of Divine Liturgy will be held Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at St. Joseph's Maronite Catholic Church at 10:00 am. The Rev. Anthony J. Salim will officiate. Burial will be at St. Bonaventure Cemetery. A Service of Incense will be held in the funeral home on Sunday afternoon at 1:30 pm. Online condolences may be made by clicking on the button above.
