Jeanne Corsette Heym

Jeanne Corsette Heym, age 78, passed away in La Jolla, CA, on Febriuary 1, 2009. She was born March 3, 1930, in Lockport, New York. Jeanne graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Journalism. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bud, her children Jeffrey and Lora, and her grandson, John. Jeanne and Bud have lived in Rancho Bernardo for the past 18 years where she was active with the Kiwi Club and the Center for the Blind. Jeanne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. Her effervescent spirt and loving heart touched those around her. She will be missed by all. A Memorial Service was held on Sunday, February 22nd, at 1:00 p.m., at the Hope United Methodist Church in Rancho Bernardo . Refreshments were served immediately after the service. Jeanne's final resting place is at Rosecrans National Cemetery. The burial was private. She will always live on in our hearts. A special thanks to the staff of Scripps Green Hospital.
