Noel P. Leblanc

Noel P. LeBlanc, of 317 North 2nd Street, passed away on July 2, 2017, at his home. Noel was born on Sept. 17, 1970 in Olean and was a son of Ronald W. "Randy" and Shannon J. Trethewy LeBlanc. He was known as being artistic in makeup artistry and costume design. Noel was an amazing and well-known tattoo designer and "Flash" Designer, who worked in several shops. He enjoyed meditation. Noel loved animals, especially his pets. Noel is survived by his father, Ronald "Randy" Patricia LeBlanc of Salamanca; his mother, Shannon J. (Dennis) Seybert of Limestone; three siblings, Matthew M. (Laura) LeBlanc of Babytown, Emily Rose (Jed) Thompson of Olean and Ian D. (Sarah) Seybert of Olean; a stepbrother, David M. (Jessie) Brewer of Little Valley; a stepsister, Karen A. Brewer of Bemus Point; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. At the family's request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., #646 E. State Street, Olean.
