Olean- Basil Leroy Scott Jr. Basil Leroy Scott Jr died at home July 12, 2022. He is predeceased by his parents Basil Leroy Scott Sr and May Yvonne Raub Scott and his daughter Sarah Scott. Basil was active with Allegany Meals on Wheels and the food pantry at Creekside Chapel after his retirement. He is survived by his dear companion Kerry Perese.
