Buffalo- Krishell M. Long-Withey “Loving Daughter, Mother, & Wife”
Krishell M. Long-Withey of 20 Roehrer Ave passed away on Saturday June 18, 2022, following a long illness.
Krishell was born on July 15, 1989, in Olean and was the daughter of Krisie J. Long-Withey and Clifford Withey. On January 1, 2021, in Buffalo she married Jose Olds who survives.
Krishell was a graduate of Archbishop Walsh High School and was valedictorian of the BOCES school in 2007 where she graduated with a degree in Cosmetology. She continued education by attending JCC for business. Krishell has been a private/in home licensed cosmologist in the Olean and Buffalo area until she became ill. She most of all enjoyed being a mom and spending time with all her children and family. Krishell was very creative and a talented artist who also was an exceptional guitar player. She always put everyone else first even when she became sick. One thing with Krishell was she always made sure that the birthday parties for her kids were extravagant. Everybody that she met fell in love with her. Krishell was a member of the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels.
Krishell is survived by her mother, Krisie J. (Tony Byrne) Long-Withey of Soddy Daisy, TN, father, Clifford (Tiffany) Withey of Jacksonville, FL, 6 children, Landon M. Phearsdorf, Jazmyne I. Brantley, and Tianna M. Brantley all of Olean, Zayden M. Olds, Arthur O. Olds, Anthony J. Olds all of Buffalo, five siblings, David J. Withey and Brook E. Withey of Soddy Daisy, TN, Evan A. (Tiffany) Byrne of Hixon, TN, Lauren K. Byrne and Patrick M. Byrne, both of Chattanooga, TN, 4 nieces, many cousins, maternal grandparents, John and Karol Long of Olean, and paternal grandfather, Clifford L. Withey.
Krishell was predeceased by her grandmother, Kathleen Withey and a special baby cousin, Alexis Rhoades in 1998.
Friends will be received on Wednesday June 22, 2022, from 4:00-7:00pm at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 23, 2022, 9:30-10:00am at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels where Father James Vacco will celebrate. Burial will be in St. Bonaventure Cemetery.
