Olean- Fredrick Anthony Butler Fredrick Anthony Butler of 1428 Pennsylvania Ave passed away on June 15, 2022. Fred was born on September 18, 1984, in Olean. He was the son of Fredrick S. Farr and Mary Lawton. On May 20, 2020, Fred married Adam C. Henderson in Portville. Fred graduated from Portville Central school in 2002 and continued on to work as a CNA at the St. Elizabeth Motherhouse in Allegany for a period of time as well as a private duty nurse in home care. Fred enjoyed kayaking, boards games, technology, and was a animal lover. Fred is survived by his father, Fredrick S. (Tracey Wiskemann) Farr, of Allegany, husband, Adam Henderson of Wellsville, four half brothers; Brandon Denning of PA, Kasey Patterson of Cuba, Kerry Wiskemann of Olean, Morgan Gerwitz of Allegany, two nieces, Jamie Lyman and Jessica Wyant, a nephew Justin Wyant, and best friend and special cousin, Jessica Austin of Portville. Fred was predeceased by his mother, Mary Farr in 2005 and a half sister Brandee Witherell. A memorial gathering will be held at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E.
