Timothy H. Buchanan

Olean – Timothy H. Buchanan "Loving Father, Son and Brother" Timothy H. Buchanan of 114 South Fulton Street, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 17, 2021 at home following a courageous battle with cancer. Tim was born in Olean on Feb. 10, 1960 and was a son of Wayne J. & Marjorie L. Burkett Buchanan. Tim was a 1977 graduate of Portville Central School. He worked as a contractor and an Arborist in the Olean area for many years. He enjoyed NASCAR and raced stock cars for a period of time and he also loved to hunt. Tim was best know for his home made venison jerky. Tim is survived by his Mother Marjorie L. Buchanan of Addison, four children Brandon (Brooke Hurlburt) Buchanan of Olean, Timothy J. "TJ" Buchanan, Mindi Buchanan & Brittany (BJ) Jones all of Tampa Fla. Seven grand children Audrey, Leland, Briar, Riley, Teisha, Bria, Nakayah, one great granddaughter Luna, four siblings Linda L. Herrington of Addison, Wayne J. Buchanan of Olean and Roger A. Buchanan of Olean and James H. (Cindy) Buchanan of Cap Canaveral, Fl. Tim was pre-deceased by his Father and a brother Robert E. Buchanan. Friends are invited to a gathering to Celebrate Tim's life and the St. Stephens Club 1117 N. Union Street, Olean on Wed. Oct. 27, 2021 from 3:00pm to 5:00 pm.
