Thursday, August 1, 2019Nouvoo road was a place full of great times, fun, memories and Barb....Barb was a woman I loved to make laugh. I have known her daughter Kimberly aka squeakers since umm forever..shes was a bridesmaid of mine and still keep in touch after 30 odd yrs. And when I would go see squeaks on nouvoo rd barb was there with a smile on her face just waiting for what I was gonna do this time....i was the jokester of the p.c.s class of 2000 so i had to keep her guessing on what smart ass thing i would do next. Kim and i would b hanging out inside the house and when barb needed Kim all u could hear was "Kimberly" and kim would yell back " what" and barb didnt want or need anything she was just being a smart ass. She would say to me "watch this" yell out "Kimberly " and barb just had that grin to just push Kim's buttons and her and I would laugh. Another memory was when they had a bonfire and I was showing Barb my try out routine for applying at bustys....omg I think Barb may have peed her pants from laughing so hard. Her and kim loved to scare me with yelling "mud puppies" when I was in the pond..not sure if they exist but I stayed dry the rest of my high school yrs. But really Barb was a wonderful woman. Full of spirit love warmth and she loved everyone. She was an amazing mother friend person angel. I adored her she definitely kept me on my toes which is rare to do. Her family is just as wonderful caring and nurturing as she was. She will b missed dearly and I can look up knowing she is watching protecting caring loving all of the ppl that had the pleasure and honor of knowing Barb. God bless you Barb miss u love u.

Thursday, August 1, 2019Before going into the United States Navy, Kostas, Brigette, and Jen were out of the house, it was just mom and I and we acquired a strong bond. We would stay up late eating chex mix and playing gin for hours. When I went into the Navy, we talked everyday. If one day went by and I didnt call her, she would yell at me. She was so obsessed with me in the Navy, she was like a soccer mom, but for the Navy. I will always cherish the scrapbooks she made of my Naval cruises and experiences. She was my number one supporter and Navy mom all the way.
