Portville – Diane K. "Dee Dee" Taylor     "Loving Mother, Grandmother, & Sister"

            Diane K. "Dee Dee" Taylor of 1298 Lillibridge Road, passed away on Monday, Jan. 29, 2018, at the Olean General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

            Dee Dee was born on April 27,  1942 in Olean and was a daughter of John and Lula Evans Ferrio.  On Dec. 31, 1992 at the Portville United Methodist Church, she married her loving husband, Glenn Rayl Taylor, who predeceased her on July 14, 1999.

            Dee Dee was a 1960 graduate of Olean High School.  She worked at the Olean Tile Plant before going to work at Cooper Industries, where she worked as an inspector, retiring in 1997 after 35 years.  Dee Dee enjoyed reading, especially cookbooks, going to the casino and she was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.

            Dee Dee is survived by; 2 children, Ronald J. (Ruth) Yardman of Olean and Loriann Yardman of Portville; a grandson, David A. Yardman; 4 sisters, Janice Brockel, Corrine Kenyon, Marlene (Steve) Woodgie, and Susan (Dennis) Haught; and a special nephew, Donald (Jodie) Martin, all of Olean.

            Along with her loving husband, Dee Dee was predeased by; her parents, John and Lula Evans Ferrio; 3 sisters, Nancy Ferrio, Marilyn Harvey, and Loretta Morgan; a brother, Roland Ferrio; and a special friend, Rose Howard.

            Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State Street, Olean, on Friday, Feb. 9, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at which time a memorial service will be held.  Burial will be in the Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Portville.  Online condolences may be made at www.LetroMcIntoshSpinkFuneralHome.com
