Rose Mary Calhoun

Rose Mary Calhoun, of 119 South 3rd Street, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015, at her home. Rose was born Aug. 1, 1954 in Olean and was a daughter of Art Harmon and John and Edna Gayton. She married Ernest Calhoun, who survives. Rose enjoyed word search puzzles, reading, watching wrestling, and her cats, which were her pride & joy. Rose is survived by two children, Ricky (Adam Radcliff) Calhoun of Olean, and Kimberly Calhoun of Portville; eight siblings, Betty (Francis) Schoch of Chesapeake, VA, Virginia Gayton of Concord, CA, Sharon Becker of Olean, Dan (Jan) Gayton of San Diego, CA, Diana Clemons of Philadelphia, John Gayton of Olean, Juanita Valentine of San Diego, CA, and Marcella Botley of Oakland, CA; many nieces & nephews; her Companion, Roger Crum; two God children, Patty Goss and Donna Beaudry; and several close friends, including Derek Varnum and Buddy Crum. Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., #646 E. State St., Olean on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM, at which time a Funeral and Committal Services will be held. The Rev. Tyrone A. Hall, Pastor of the Lighthouse Ministries, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Rehabilitation Center.
