Timothy J. Mayer

Timothy J. Mayer, of 1305 Washington Street, passed away on Friday, November 19, 2010 at home. Mr. Mayer was born on April 25, 1951 in Olean and was the son of Julious A. and Rhea Baker Mayer. Being a life long resident of Olean Mr. Mayer was a 1968 graduate of Olean High School. He started working for Ben Electric as a teenager and worked there until it closed. Mr. Mayer also worked at ALCAS for short period on time. He will be remembered by his family as a quick witted, loving brother. Mr. Mayer is survived by two brothers, George F. (Beverly) Meyer and James J. Mayer, both of Rochester; and two nephews and one niece. A Private burial was held on Friday, November 26, 2010 at St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Allegany, NY. Arrangements were under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street, Olean.
