Limestone – T. Patrick Hadden "Loving Father & Grandfather"
T. Patrick Hadden, of 1430 Route 219 North, passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at the Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital in Amherst, following a lengthy illness.
Patrick was born on November 8, 1935 in Eldred, Pennsylvania and was a son of William and Goldie Hockenberry Hadden. On June 10, 1955, in Cuba, he married his wife of 63 years, Kathleen L. Hills, who predeceased him on March 16, 2019.
Patrick was a 1953 graduate of Susquehanna Valley Joint High School in Mahaffey, PA. He worked for National Freight/Sylvania Transport until his retirement in 2017. Patrick was baptized a Jehovah's Witness in Minard Run, PA. He was an avid woodworker, tinkerer, and hobbyist. Patrick enjoyed Buffalo Bills Football and Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball games. He liked laughing and joking around and going out for a slice of pie and a cup of coffee, but he truly loved spending time with his family and friends.
Patrick is survived by; 3 sons, Theodore P. Hadden of Owensville, MD, Raymond C. Hadden of Whitney, TX, and Kenneth L. (Robyne) Hadden of Limestone; 8 grandchildren, Megan, Molly, Charlene, Kali, Taten, Tayona, Aaliyah, & Gabriel; 2 great grandchildren; and 3 siblings, Samuel Hadden, Betty "Jean" Hadden, and Dorothy Cessna.
Along with his loving wife, Kathleen, Patrick was predeceased by 4 siblings, Emma Kellogg, James Hadden, Robert Hadden, and Vera "Arlene" Hadden-Kauffman.
