Friendship – Suzanne L. Harris “Loving Wife, Mother & Grandmother”

Suzanne L. Harris of 8748 County Road 1, passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at her daughters house on Maple Street in Cuba surrounded by her loving family.

Suzy was born on August 25, 1950, in Dubois, PA and was the daughter of Merle and Elvita Patricia Solia Katz.  On July 8, 2000, in Friendship she married her husband of 22 years, Lytle “Gene” Harris who survives.

Suzy was a 1968 graduate of St. Agnes High School in Rochester.  She worked for the US Post Office in Bolivar as a Rural Route Mail Deliver.

Suzy was a strong, kind, and generous soul.  She loved her family fiercely and worked tirelessly to take care of all of them.  Suzy loved her pets and enjoyed cooking.  She was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.

Along with her husband, Gene, Suzy is survived by; her mother, Elvita Patricia Katz of Rochester; 3 children, Joseph M. (Jennifer) Ennis of Little Genesee, Charles D. (Lisa) Ennis of West Clarksville and Patricia S. Linderman of Cuba; 6 grandchildren, Logan, Bryce, Shelby, Kasey, CJ and Jacob; a great granddaughter, Liv; and 2 stepchildren, Kim (Josh) Hoffman of VA and Shawn Harris of FL.

Suzy was predeceased by her father, Merle Katz.
