Sandra L. Huenniger

Sandra L. Huenniger, formerly of 190 LaHarve Dr., passed away Friday, Feb. 13, 2015 at her home following an illness. Sandra was born June 1, 1944 in Olean and was a daughter of Dean and Sandra Larson Stimson. On Oct. 16, 1966 at the Bethany Lutheran Church in Olean, she married her husband of 43 years, Gary F. Huenniger, who predeceased her in Feb. 9, 2009. Sandra graduated from Olean High School in 1962. She attended Geneseo Community College. Sandra worked as a Home Health Care Aid in Buffalo for many years, retiring in 2013. She enjoyed singing in the church choir. Sandra is survived by two children, Daryl (Judith) Huenniger of Buffalo, and Beth Salzman of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren, Miles, Madelin, & Benjamin Salzman; one brother, David (Kara) Stimson of Olean; and several nieces and nephews. All are invited to attend a Memorial Service to be on June 20, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, #3512 Clinton Street (the corner of Clinton St. and Union Rd.), Buffalo, New York 14224. Burial will be in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Buffalo. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran church, #3512 Clinton Street, Buffalo, New York 14224.
