Portville-Randy D. Babb “Loving Son, Father & Brother”

 Randy D. Babb of 419 Linwood Drive passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the Olean General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. 

Randy was born January 9, 1980 in Olean and was the son of Randy D. and Naomi Trimble Babb Sr. On July 15, 2003 in Hinsdale he married Lisa A. Dennis who predeceased him on February 18, 2021.

 Randy worked for Western NY Glass, Wayne Paving for 18 years, then started R&R General Contracting, the Oil Fields, Carters Black Top Sealing and then started his own company Babb’s Patch & Seal. 

 Randy enjoyed fishing and listening to old country music. 

 Randy is survived by; 2 sons; Austin R. Babb and Randy D. Babb III both of Portville; his parents, Randy and Naomi Babb of Olean; 4 siblings, Melinda of Olean, Carol Shoup of Hinsdale, Shelia (Randy) King of Olean and Paul Babb of Olean; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 1:30pm in the funeral home. The Rev. Joel Whitcher, Pastor of Fresh Fire Worship Center will officiate.
