Mark B. Mazza of 2877 Five Mile Road passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at his home.

Mark was born May 13, 1949 in Cuba, New York and was the son of Bernard E. and JoAnn R. Wheeler Mazza. 

Mark was a 1967 graduate of Friendship Central School where he played basketball, baseball and soccer.  He later graduated from Alfred State College in 1969 where he was a member of the Kappa Sigma Epsilon Fraternity.  Mark then attended West Florida University in Pensacola where he graduated with his bachelors degree in Information Technology in 1971.  He worked for the State of Wisconsin for his entire career as a System Analyst.  He was a member of the Olean First Baptist Church and a former member of the Friendship Baptist Church.

Mark enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, boating, water skiing, growing flowers and vegetables, traveling through the country and playing intramural softball for many years, then coaching softball in Madison Wisconsin for a number of years.

Mark is survived by; a brother, Alan R. (Jane) Mazza of Eastman, GA; 2 nephews, Bradley A. (Candace) Mazza and David E. (Kimberly) Mazza both of Eastman, GA; great nieces and great nephews, Benjamin, Alexis, McKenna, and Holt. 

Mark was predeceased by his parents.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at which time a funeral service will be held.  The Rev.
