Marianne E. Howard

Marianne E. Howard of 605 Barnum Rd, passed away Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014 at the Olean General Hospital. Marianne was born Aug. 6, 1957 in Buffalo and was a daughter of Russell and Mary Murray Farnham. On May 25, 1985 in Franklinville she married her husband, Robert W. Howard, who survives. Marianne worked as a nurse's aid at the Pines Health & Rehab in Olean for 25 years until about 2000, when retired due to a disability. She loved life, people, cooking, and her rabbits fondly. Marianne was known by many as the "Rabbit Lady." Along with her loving husband, Marianne is survived by two sons, Dennis (Amber) Vesotski of Michigan; and Mark (Laura) Betty of Rochester; six grandchildren, and six brothers & sisters, Barbara (Everitt) Evell, Carol (Gary) Howard, Debbie (Ron) Bledsoe, David Farnham, Joann (Al) Hailes, and Dennis Farnham; and several nieces & nephews.
