Hinsdale- Marcie Jean Karroach “Loving Mother, Daughter & Sister”

 Marcie Jean Karroach of 3809 Main Street, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at her home. 

Marcie was born February 21, 1971 in Cuba and was the daughter of Roy Herbert and Madonna J. Hickman Hamilton. On October 23, 1993 in the Hinsdale United Methodist Church she married the love of her life Joe Francis Karroach who predeceased her on July 9, 2003.

Marcie was a 1989 graduate of Hinsdale Central School. She attended JCC and obtained her associates degree in Nursing and a second degree in Medical Office Technology. Marcie worked at the Cattaraugus County Nursing Home for several years.

Marcie enjoyed diamond art, going fishing, cooking and baking.

Marcie is survived by; a daughter, Courtney A. Karroach of Hinsdale; her mother, Madonna J. Hamilton; 2 siblings, Roy H. (Billie) Hamilton II of Portville and Laura M. Hamilton of Hinsdale; 5 nieces and nephews, Adrian Fazekas, Jessica Neal, Steven (Heather) Hamilton, Jason Karroach and Brittney (Ryan) Parker.

 Along with her husband, Joe, Marcie was predeceased by; her father Roy H. Hamilton. 

Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., on Monday, July 1, 2024 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at which time a funeral service will be held. The Rev. Terry Jenkes Pastor of Maplehurst Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
