Hinsdale- Elizabeth J. Cousins 

 Elizabeth J. Cousins of Sherlock Hollow Road, has gained her eternal wings on Friday, January 24, 2025 after a quick courageous battle with cancer.

 Beth was born July 2, 1964 in Bradford, PA and was the daughter of the late Gerald and Patricia Scarano Potter. On August 24, 2019 she married Jeff Cousins who survives.

 Beth was an LPN for over 20 years working at the Olean Pines Nursing Home for many of them. She was loved by many who were lucky enough to cross paths with her. From her days at the Salamanca High School, her many years spent in Syracuse and now to Hinsdale where she resided with her loving husband Jeff. 

 Beth was affectionately known by those closest to her as “Nana”. She loved spending time with family and her 3 grandkids are her biggest pride and joy.

 Along with her loving husband, Jeff, Beth is survived by; 2 daughters, Misti and Chenoa (Brian); 2 sons, Justin and Chris; 3 grandsons, Ethan, Eric and Joey; and a sister, Marie (AJ) Verolini. 

To all those who helped brighten her journey here through life, the family would like to invite you to join us to say goodbye. 

Friends will be received on Friday, January 31, 2025 at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at which time a funeral service will be held. The Rev. Alan L. Yates will officiate. Following the service there will be a memorial gathering at the Limestone Firehall to celebrate Beth.
