 Dorothy H. “Dot” Marble of 826 Bishop Street, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

 Dorothy was born September 20, 1929, in Olean. She was the daughter of the late Nigal Richard and Helen Willis Cradduck. On September 13, 1952, at the First Evangelical Church she married her beloved husband of 54 years Raymond M. “Skip” Marble who passed away on December 29, 2006. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by her brother, Robert “Buddy” Cradduck in 1992.

 Mrs. Marble was a graduate of Olean High School and attended Westbrook Commercial Academy in Olean. She was employed as a secretary at Vincent- Wilday Inc. Dot was a life member of the Order of the Amendment Inc, a member of Christ United Methodist Church but in recent years affiliated with Trintiy Methodist Church. 

 Surviving are 2 sons, David R. Marble of Olean and Christian R. Marble of Horseheads; 4 grandchildren, Cody, Mackenzie, Kathryn and Joshua; 3 nieces, Cindi (Wade) Jones, Dottie (Craig) Brown, Patty (Dean) Marcas and 2 nephews, Dr. Sidney (Pam) Cradduck and Tim (Gabel) Cradduck and many close friends, Roberta and Joe Mahar, Brian Cross and family.

 Friends will be received at the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 11:00 to 12:00pm at which time memorial service will be held where Rev. Ronald Isaman will officiate. Burial will be in Allegany Cemetery.
