Dorothy M. Balch

Dorothy M. Balch of 4105 Pine Hollow Road, Apt. #5, Liverpool passed away Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2008 in the Absolut in Allegany, NY Mrs. Balch was born on Dec. 7, 1919 in Syracuse and was a daughter of Harlow and Mary Coleman Wilcox. She was married to Carl A. Balch who pre-deceased her in 1994. Surviving are two sisters, Patricia A. (Lynn) Blakeman of Olean and Marilyn L. (Cary) Woodworth of Martinex, Georgia; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; three brothers; and four sisters. Mrs. Balch was pre-deceased by a son, John Bury, two sisters, and two brothers. A Memorial Service will be held on Wed. Sept. 4, 2008 at 11:00 AM in the First United Methodist Church in Phoenix, NY Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E. State Street, Olean.
