Wellsville- Deloris B. Peterson “Loving Mother & Grandmother”

 Deloris B. Peterson formerly of Cuba passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Highland Park in Wellsville. 

 Deloris was born December 22, 1931 in Franklinville and was the daughter of Donald and Beatrice Benjamin Woodruff. She married Robert J. Peterson who predeceased her on January 9, 2014.

 Deloris worked at the Olean American Tile Plant then AVX in Olean where she was a supervisor. She then worked for ACME Electric in Cuba. 

 Deloris enjoyed knitting, sewing, being a good mother and grandmother but most of all she loved spending time with her family. 

 Deloris is survived by; 4 children, Dana D. (Sharon) Peterson of Cuba, Bobbie J. Peterson of Olean, Ronald C. (Vanessa) Peterson of Houston, TX, and Donald C. (Barbara) Peterson of Magnolia, TX; a daughter in law, Roxanne Davis of Humble, TX; 10 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter, Layla Ray Kensa; a brother, Carl (Donna) Woodruff of Olean and many nieces and nephews. 

 Along with her husband Robert, Deloris was predeceased by; her parents, and 5 siblings, Danna Woodruff, Joe Woodruff, Phyllis Eastman, Pearl Swanson, and Helen Wilbur.
