Clifford L. Edey

Clifford L. Edey, III of 211 North 10th Street, Apt. B passed away Thursday, April 22, 2010 at his home from an apparent Heart Attack. Mr. Edey was born in Niagara Falls, NY on June 13, 1969 and was the son of Clifford L. and Betty Stewart Edey, Jr. In 1990 in Smethport, PA, he married Heather Howes, who predeceased him in August of 2008. Mr. Edey attended Immanuel Lutheran Church and he was an avid Star Wars enthusiast. In addition to his mother, Mr. Edey is survived by a son, Clifford J. Edey of Bradford, PA; a daughter, Katelynn M. Edey of Smethport, PA; a brother, Walter E. Shales of Olean; two sisters, Jacqueline M. (Calvin) Holloway of Batavia, OH., and Tracy A. (Kevin) Yaemans of Portland, OR. Mr. Edey is predeceased by his father, Clifford L. Edey, Jr. who died in 1972. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM. The Rev. Dr. Derek J. Cheek, Pastor of Immanuel Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Allegany Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, N. 4th and Laurens Street, Olean, NY 14760. Arrangements are the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc. #646 E.
