Allegany- Cindy L. Hitchcock "Loving Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother"

Cindy L. Hitchcock of 4732 S. Cooper Hill Road, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at her home.

Cindy was born July 20, 1959 and was the daughter of  Albert and Sarah Benjamin Ballard.  On August 12, 1978 in Centerville she married the love of her life, Donald W. Hitchcock who predeceased her on October 26, 2022.

Cindy worked for Bush Brothers then Fancher Furniture for many years before going back to school and working for Homecare & Hospice for 30 plus years before retirement.

Cindy loved her animals, grandchildren and had a newfound love of pottery.

Cindy is survived by; 2 children, Jacob W. Hitchcock of Olean and Sarah J. (Matthew) Hawkes of Hinsdale; 5 grandchildren, Jacob Jr., Kaylei, Jarritt, Sophia, and Anna; and 7 great grandchildren.

Along with her loving husband, Donald, Cindy was predeceased by; her parents; 5 brothers, Douglas, Nolan, Reed, Norbert (Gail) and Steve; and 2 sisters, Alberta (George) Weichmann and Dawn Ballard.
