Olean- Ansovino “Tony” Albertos Antonelli

Ansovino Albertos Antonelli formerly of 710 Hoop Street, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at the Seneca Manor in West Seneca.

Tony was born on June 28, 1934 in Sarnano, Italy and was the son of Primo and Nazarina Antonelli. 

Tony was a 1952 graduate of Olean High School.  He worked for AVX for a period of time then Shawley Office Equipment Inc. before going to work at the Olean General Hospital in the maintenance department, retiring in 1996 after about 15 years of service.

Tony was formerly a member of St. Johns Church and the Olean Moose Lodge.  He loved music and enjoyed bowling on a league. 

Tony is survived by; 4 children, Susan M. Antonelli of Sausalito, CA, Kathleen J. Antonelli of Batavia, Karen L. (Timothy) Hill of Charleston, SC and Jeffrey A. (Jackie) Antonelli of Buffalo; 4 grandchildren, Daniel and David Hill and Travis and Lyora Antonelli.

Tony was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Alido A. Antonelli.

A Graveside Service will be held at St. Bonaventure Cemetery on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 11:00am.  Deacon Matt Wenke will officiate.
